January goals!
I did not get a lot of my December goals accomplished :( not saying I didn’t do well cause I did! Up until the holidays haha
January goals
- WATER!! More of it!
- keep clean eating
- use the juicer more :)
- no soda, If I do drink it only once a week
- same for fast food (usually t bell haha)
- stop smoking! .. Again.
Workout regimen
- focus on running

Crappy run edition
I can’t complain too much because I got to wear shorts and a hoody and be totally comfortable in December! But the wind was freaking ridiculous!
We went to the track and I was planning on doing a timed mile… Yeahhh didn’t turn out that way hahaha the wind was so strong which therefore made running hard and sucky.
I ran a mile and walked a mile and my lungs were not happy...

Well goodmorning sweeties!
It’s 10:53 am. I’ve been awake since like 10… Cause my niece decided she wanted to be loud this morning -_- an scream. While I was trying to sleep…
So not the best wake up! Haha last night was fun went to Erinn and Keifers. Watched movies then went bowling. I got second! Haha woohoo then went to walmart and back to their place. Kevin joined us too it was fun.

Anyways, it’s time to pass out. I’ll probably lay in bed for a little bit and make my meals for tomorrow and write myself an encouraging note/bitch at myself for not sticking to healthy eats most of the time this week -_- blah! I hate holidays! haha A lot better than last...
